Meet Adeola Adedayo
Adeola Adedayo is a seasoned chef whose passion for cooking was inspired at a young age by her mother, a trailblazing restaurateur who owned three restaurants and catered for prestigious institutions such as ECOWAS and the World Bank. Growing up in this environment sparked Adeola's lifelong love for the culinary arts.
With over 35 years of experience as a professional chef, Adeola began cooking at a very early age and has since built an impressive career rooted in excellence, consistency, and service. She established Naija Cuisine in Sacramento, bringing authentic Nigerian flavors to the community. After operating from Sunrise Mall, she successfully transitioned to her current location, continuing to grow the brand.
Adeola has catered and provided buffet services for countless events across Sacramento and beyond, earning a reputation for quality, reliability, and heartfelt hospitality. Beyond business, she is deeply committed to giving back — consistently supporting nonprofits and serving underserved communities through food, outreach, and community engagement.
